Refunds and cancelling

These terms are effective from 8 November 2026 (version 2).

Digital content is delivered as soon as it is generated and is non-refundable. Question books, life readings, synastry and follow-up answers are supplied to you when they are generated. By clicking a buy or subscribe button you agree to the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy. The merchant of record asks you to confirm its own terms at checkout. This applies to first payments, renewals and single purchases.

Cancelling a membership

Cancel any time: choose “Stop auto-renewal” in My account, or open the link in any renewal reminder. One step. The membership stays active to the end of the period you paid for, with no further charges; the rest of a paid period is not refunded.

Renewal reminders

Annual plans: emails 30 and 7 days before renewal; monthly plans: 3 days before. Each has a one-click cancel link. They are sent automatically; there is nothing to set up.

Exceptions

We refund only where mandatory law where you live requires it, or where a technical failure on our side means a book was never delivered after payment: we first rewrite it and, if it still cannot be delivered, may refund at our discretion. In that case write to [email protected] from your account email. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record, Waffo Pancake (with Dodo Payments as an alternative provider), to the original payment method.

Questions about a charge

Please write to us first; it is usually cleared up within a day or two. While a chargeback is open, new books and follow-ups are paused.
